Breakfast in 9h nine hours Nagoya station

Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Very cool stay, especially for one night. Rooftop balcony was awesome to hang out in (and you can access it while you are not checked in for multi day stays). Perfect location.

Breakfast in 9h nine hours Nagoya station

The location was about 4 minutes by walking from the eastern (north) exit of the Nagoya Station, and about 50 feet from the main road, along a side road. The capsules was wonderfully spacious. I am 6'3" and I could sleep without curling up in the capsule. The place is extremely clean, and quiet, and very 'modern' looking. The lockers for storage were surprisingly large. And I loved their showering facilities. The coffee shop on the main floor was also lovely, and the coffee was very, very good. Even if you're not staying there, you should stop by that coffee place.

New building that is well-managed and clean. Large lockers available for storage with a mesh bag to carry your things in. Nice showers that have a private changing space with shelves to leave your things on. Beds are comfier than other capsule hotels I’ve stayed in and I had no problems falling asleep due to noise.

Lounge or bar in 9h nine hours Nagoya station

Good location only a few minutes' walk from the main train station and in a busy area. The place is very clean considering how much traffic they get, and it's definitely a "business hostel" - they have everything written out and the check-in/out is quick and sterile. It's a great-looking capsule hotel - very futuristic - with a small lounge area on the 10th floor that has a wild view of the city. Lockers are big enough, and there are enough showers to handle the demand.

The place was really well run and being my first time in a pod I didn't know what to expect. I'm a 60 year old man and I could afford to stay in a hotel but travelling solo I always wanted to try a pod and it was great value for the price you pay. The pod was really comfortable and the facilities were great. I don't know if I'd do it again but you never know and I recommend this one especially if you are in Nagoya.

Good location. Train station/convenience store are 5 minutes away on foot. Plenty of restaurants close by and the coffee shop on the first floor is really nice. Showers are more updated than the 9 hours in Ningyocho, but there are less sinks (which often got crowded). Showers and lockers are on the same floor which is more convenient. Can't beat the price or convenience. Staff were nice as well.

My first time at a capsule hotel, as I wanted to go through this experience in Japan at least once. Elevators are split into those for women and men, so the elevator for the specific gender will never stop at a floor that has facilities for the other people, like the shower or the pods. Very clean and pleasant, and all the hotel guests were always very respectful of keeping it quiet in the pods. You have to leave the pod every morning by 10 am for the cleanup, but that's not an issue, since I was there to visit anyway, not to stay in the room. There is a light intensity inside the pod that can be controlled, as well as sockets and USB ports to charge your electronics. The storage space in the lockers is quite big, although if you have a large luggage with you, if you use a luggage extender that makes it wider, it might not fit. However, they are always happy to store it at the reception, like I had to. Showers are plentiful. Depending on the time, you might have to wait for them to free up, but it usually goes pretty quickly. Super close to the main Nagoya Station so if you're arriving there, you can just walk for 7 minutes to the hotel.

It was nice and cosy and private in my little capsule, it reminded me of camping in my van in NZ. It was quiet and you wouldn’t know there was a room full of people. It wasn’t silent of course but I slept well. Nice to have chill out space at the top and bottom of the building.

Well located about 10 minutes away from nagoya station, next to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and quick for check in. Luggage lockers are on a separate floor from sleeping quarters to minimize packing noise. Lots of hot water in the shower. It's a good capsule hotel for a great price.
